How To: Using Call Location Feature

1. Login to your LVT Command Center Account.

2. Locate the desired event associated with the Live Unit you’d like to access the lights for, and click Expand. The Expanded Event View appears.
3. Select the Live Stream tab. Three real-time feeds from your cameras populate.
4. Select Call Location at the base of the real-time feeds.

build A pop-up may appear within your Internet browser to Allow or Block microphone permissions for your device. Click Allow.

check_circle You must have a microphone and speaker on your device to complete the call.

5. The call connects, and you can convey your message across this Live Unit’s Loudspeaker.

settings While the call is active, the Call Action Bar appears. Within it, you can Hang Up, Mute/Unmute Me, and Mute/Unmute Location.

touch_appCalls made through the Call Location are automatically recorded. You can access and download these recordings by clicking the highlighted Call Recording Indicator that appears after one recording is available.
