Did You Know: LVT Command Center Functionality Glossary of Terms

The following is a glossary for all of the features within the Command Center Collapsed and Expanded Views.

Collapsed View Functionalities:

Event Filters: The Event Filters allow you to search and sort events within the queue according to desired criteria. These drop-down filter options enable you to sort the events by Queues, Locations, Priority, Oldest, Newest, and Number of Events.
  • The Event Filters do not display if there are not multiple events within the queue.

Event Data Bar: The Event Data Bar allows you to view a summation of all event data within the queue.

Event Preview Clips: This section displays two thumbnails of footage that happened when the event was triggered.

Event Description & Type: The D3 Command Center detects and categorizes events within the queue into different Event Types when they occur. The Intrusion Event Type has subcategories that sort the events into the Intrusion specifics. A symbol generates next to the Event Description depending on the subcategory.
Currently, the Event Types are as follows:

  • Intrusion Detected
  • Intrusion Detected (Vehicle)
  • Intrusion Detected (Person)
  • Intrusion Detected (Object)
  • Powerloss Detected
  • Low Voltage Detected
  • Fire

Event Date: The Event Date is the captured time of the recorded event.

Urgency Rating: The Urgency Rating feature is an approximated rating of the event’s severity on a scale from 0-100. For example, an intrusion is rated as a 100, and a car entering a space is rated a 75. This assists clients in recognizing immediately the level of threat that can be within a captured event.

Expand View: This button expands events for more functionalities. These functionalities are listed in the Command Center Expanded View Features article.

Tags | Notes | Disarm Tabs:

  • Tags: Tag events for searchability in the future. You must add a minimum of tag to resolve an event.

  • Disarm: Disarm the unit.
