How To: Request Event Footage

1. Login to your LVT Command Center Account.

launch Go to the article Logging into the LVT Command Center for more information on how to login.

2. Locate the Desired Event associated with the unit you’d like to call, and click Expand. The Expanded Event View appears.
3. Select Request Video, located beneath the Tags tab within the event. The footage for the event is successfully requested.

info The requested footage will be emailed directly to the user logged in and stored in the View Previous Downloaded tab of the LVT VMS.
