How To: Logging into Command Center

LOGIN STEPS

Description: This part of the user guide will show VMS users  how to log in to their VMS Portal. 

LOGGIN IN TO VMS 

1. Click here to log in to the VMS. Use  LVT login credentials to log in to the VMS.

   
   

2. Once logged in to the VMS, the VMS map should fill the entire screen and look like this. 
   

Note: Once User’s VMS account has been added to our system, LVT will automatically send users an account activation email. Users will have 24 hours to complete the activation process. Once the 24 hours have passed, users will need to reach out to their assigned CSM or LVT’s Technical Support team to reset their password. ACCESS COMMAND CENTER THROUGH VMS

Description: This part of the user guide will show VMS users  how to access their Command Center Dashboard through the VMS Dashboard. 

1. Click the Command Center button to access the Command Center dashboard.

   
   

2. Once the Command Center page is finished loading, the Command Center dashboard should fill the entire screen and look like this.
