How to: Power Cycle the BIC

LIVE UNIT - EFOY - BIC

OVERVIEW: Power cycling the BIC is done to restore EFOY comms before replacing the BIC entirely.

1. Unplug white Ethernet cable.
2. Find BIC fuse.
3. Remove BIC fuse.
4. Wait 10 seconds.
5. Replace BIC fuse.
6. Plug in white Ethernet cable.
7. Call tech support and have them test.
