How to: Defrost a Frozen EFOY

1. Remove the EFOY from the trailer.
2. If you’re a technician, put the EFOY inside your car, preferably on floor of the front passenger side.
3. Turn the car on.
4. Turn the heater on, making sure the heater is set to the floor/feet area so it can warm up the EFOY.
5. Let the car/heat run for a minimum of 2 hours.
6. If you’re at a store, put it inside the store for a minimum of 24 hours if possible.
