Viewing Event Alert Details

  1. Login to your LVT Command Center Account.

  2. The Event Alerts appear in chronological order within the LVT Command Center queue. Locate the desired event by finding it chronologically, or using the Queue and Location drop-down filters at the top of your screen.

    3. check_circle The Event Alert has two still images taken at the time of the Event Alert set up by default: Optical and Sensor. The Sensor image is from your thermal cameras, if applicable.
